The Publication Scheme is a summary of what information Shepway District Council publishes and where to find it. All public authorities have to publish a publication scheme by law.

Using the information

Everyone has the right to view the information in the Publication Scheme; you don't have to make a freedom of information request. You can find the documents:

  • on this website
  • at the council offices
  • by requesting them from the information officer using the details at the bottom of this page

It's free to view the information. However, you may need a copyright licence from the council if you want to copy or republish it.
