Telehealth monitoring service
Delivering health-related information on behalf of the NHS
Patients with long term conditions send health-related information across a telephone line using a machine in their own home. Our monitoring centre filters this information and alerts the nurses to any patients with readings out of the ordinary.
Shepway Lifeline provides this service for the NHS. Telehealth monitoring allows the nurses and clinicians to concentrate on those readings that matter. We decipher the information so they don't have to allowing them to react quicker.
What does it cost?
