Apply for visitor permits

The traditional paper vouchers that you currently buy for your visitors to park within the controlled parking zone have been replaced with this new online service

RingGo

RingGo is a pay by phone parking service, which you may recognise from the district's pay and display machines.

As well as paying for parking, you can use your RingGo account to set up a digital wallet to use against visitor parking sessions.

Don't worry if you don't have a RingGo account, as you can set one up as you apply for a visitor parking permit.

How it works

  • Once your permit has been authorised, you will be able to top-up your digital wallet
  • Wallets will need to be topped-up to the minimum amount of £5.20 prior to purchasing any parking sessions
  • Your wallet can be topped-up prior to purchasing a parking session by going into the 'My RingGo Account' section once you are logged in.
  • If you already have a RingGo account, this can be used to apply for a visitor permit
  • Your visitors will need to notify you of their vehicle details, and the parking session can be activated from your pre-funded account
  • There will be no requirement for any physical parking permit to be displayed as vehicles with active sessions will automatically be uploaded to our enforcement officers' handheld devices.

All you need to do is register and activate your sessions!

Once your permit has been authorised you may also buy parking sessions for your visitors by calling 0203 046 0005.
