14.	The Varne: Update on the work to date and consideration of offers received for the potential disposal of the site New! Reason for urgency: Varne is a current project within the existing Medium Term Capital Programme (MTCP). The paper provides alternative options for Cabinet to consider which have a direct impact upon the proposed MTCP. The GF MTCP needs to be considered by Cabinet in advance of full Council, where it will be determined. The MTCP will have revenue consequences which need to be factored into the final Budget and Council Tax setting papers as well as affecting the Capital Strategy being considered at Cabinet and full Council on 23 February. It is therefore proposed to consider the Varne project on 10 February to enable the MTCP for the five years to 31 March 2027 to reflect the most up to date position and to enable smooth decision making on 23 February.
