Together with our Contractors, we are committed to providing a high standard refuse collection service. As part of our continuing effort to improve the service we provide, we need to know when you are dissatisfied with the service you have received.

We would also like to hear your comments about our service both good and bad.

Please report your missed collection below, within 24 hours of the collection being missed. Leave your bin out and our contractors will return within 24 hours of your report to us.
