To help improve the quality of the Kent environment by reducing flytipping and littering, Kent County Council is working in partnership with the twelve District Councils in Kent, the Environment Agency and Kent Police under the Great Kent Clean-Up Campaign.
Fly tipping is an offence which, on prosecution, carries a maximum penalty of £20,000.
We will respond as quickly as possible to clear fly tipping on Council maintained streets and parks and open spaces but, we need your help to keep our environment clean.
