If your card is signed up to VerifiedByVisa or Mastercard SecureCode your payment may be declined by our system. If this occurs please telephone 01303 853555 during office hours (8.30-5 Mon-Fri) where we will take your payment manually. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This page enables you to make a payment for one of the following services. Please select the payment you wish to make from the list below:

When you submit a planning application from the Planning Portal and wish to pay for the fee online, you are also using our Online Payments system.

We currently accept the following payment cards : VISA (not Corporate Purchasing),Mastercard, Delta (VISA), JCB, Solo, Switch, Laser and Platima.
