Fairgrounds

Fairgrounds do not require a Licence inaccordance with the Licensing Act 2003 from the Licensing Authority. Fairground operators must have permission from the landowner to use the land. Please click here for information about fairgrounds from the Showmen's Guild website.

If you are a circus and use music or dancing, you will require a Premises Licence inaccordance with the Licensing Act 2003. Please click here for information about the Licensing Act 2003.
