Application for Dispensation - Councils

Under the Parish Council - Local Code of the Conduct of Members, a member with a personnal and prejudicial interest in a matter must withdraw from the meeting room during the considereation of the matter, unless a dispensation has been obtained from the District Council's Standards Committee.
