DECISION

The Chief Executive under his powers under CEX7 of the delegation arrangements in the Council's Constitution has made a decision that the Council should enter into an Agreement for Surrender and lease of land at Lower Sandgate Road, Folkestone, Kent with Dreamland Leisure Ltd.

In accordance with the Constitution this decision will be reported to the Cabinet when it meets on 20 December 2006.

REASON FOR DECISION

The Chief Executive has made the decision in the interests of the economic social and environmental well being of the District.
