Shepway Lifeline is a part of Shepway District Council and has over 30 years experience in the field of Telecare.
Our Lifeline Monitoring Control Centre is based in the council offices in the Civic Centre, in Folkestone.
We are a not-for-profit organisation which means we maintain the lowest costs in the area.
We are a fully accredited premium member of the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
Shepway Lifeline can provide short or long term reassurance for everyone.

Our clients wear a pendant with a rubber red button that can be pressed with ease to summon help.
The pendant can be worn around the neck, on the wrist or clipped to your clothes. It will work from anywhere inside your home or within your garden.
If it is pressed, the Lifeline automatically dials our Control Centre monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Within seconds your call will be answered by our friendly and professional team of experienced operators.
You do not need to pick up your phone to speak to us, our Lifelines are equipped with a powerful microphone and loud speaker to allow you to converse handsfree.
The Lifeline Service can cost from as little as £2.90 per week (plus VAT if applicable) which includes all maintenance costs.
