Shepway Lifeline is a part of Shepway District Council.
Our Lifeline Monitoring Control Centre is based in the council offices in the Civic Centre, in Folkestone.
We are a not-for-profit organisation which means we maintain the lowest cost in the area.
Shepway Lifeline can provide short or long term protection. It can be installed as a normal long term solution but also, It can be installed for a short term period of time in order to protect you, or your loved one, if you/they are convalescing following release from hospital/hospice, if carers/family are temporarily unavailable due to a holiday or other trip away or those whose partners/carers need flexibility.
Lifeline clients include the following (to name just a few):-
You, or your loved one, will wear a personal pendant/panic alarm/red button around your neck/wrist or clipped to your clothes.
The Red Button will work from anywhere inside your home or within your garden.
If it is pressed, the Lifeline automatically dials our Control Centre.
Within seconds our 24 hour friendly and professional Emergency Controllers listen to and speak with you via the special microphone within the Lifeline Alarm unit.
The control centre team will respond immediately and ensure emergency help is speedily dispatched.
With nearly 30 years experience, you can trust us.
Packages cost from as little as £2.90 per week (plus VAT if applicable) and this fully includes all maintenance costs.
