Main ContentLondon Ashford Airport (Lydd)
Shepway District Council’s resolution to approve expansion plans for London Ashford Airport (Lydd) has been called in by the government. This means a public inquiry will now decide whether or not the airport can extend its runway and build a new terminal building. A timetable for the public inquiry has been agreed and it will commence on 15 February 2011, expecting to last for 16 sitting days. A venue is still to be confirmed.
