Landlords' Forum

Landlords and anyone contemplating letting a property are being invited to get the lowdown on the advantages of being a property investor at a forum on Monday (16 November)

Open to anyone from Dover and Shepway, the forum will include presentations about investment opportunities, grants and loan schemes available for property owners and council rent deposit schemes.

The forum is organised by Dover District Council, Shepway District Council and the National Landlords Association. It's being held at the Civic Centre in castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone and starts at 4.15 with light refreshments.
