THE FOLKESTONE TRIENNIAL - TALES OF TIME AND SPACE
This is a major exhibition of 22 new works by internationally acclaimed artists. Take yourself around the various works, or book a free place on a guided walk.

There is a dedication Visitor Information Centre at 55-57 Tontine Street. Triennial site-maps and Young People's Guides can be collected from here and you can buy copies of the catalogue and merchandise and sign up for Triennial talks and tours. There will also be staff around to help with any queries, tel: 0845 2020190.

The Young People's Guide to the Folkestone Triennial is a FREE lively, witty, illustrated booklet for 5-12 year olds, in which Sammy the Seagull takes the young visitor on a tour of the Triennial - with helpful comments from a seagull's eye view, plus a quiz, some great puns, fun and games and room for drawing.

25 August - (Bank Holiday Monday) Kite and Slogan Making Workshop led by Katie Welsford and Emily Hill. Inspired by the Triennial's Kite Kiosk project this family workshop will teach participants to make simple kite structures and encourage them to add their own text.
