Demolition Notices Online
Building Control must be notified of intention to demolish buildings. Notification is given as a completed form, site plan and method statement.
Neighbours are then informed in writing of the applicant's intention to demolish, with an invitation to view the above documents at the Civic Centre and relevant One Stop Shops.
We also now offer a service where the documents are available to download online. They are kept online for a maximum of 6 weeks, and can be downloaded as a PDF file below.

Please note that all drawings are copyrighted, and the Council's notice is a legal document. These must not be printed or used for any purpose other than viewing or gathering information on the intended demolition.
Due to the size of the notices, they are split into two files; one of the application, and the second of the Council's response. Should you have any problems or queries with these documents please contact Jake Fincham
