Revenues and Benefits General Enquiries

Civic Centre Opening Hours

Customer Services at the Civic Centre are open 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and you can visit us on a first come first served basis anytime between these hours. Individual appointments for Council Tax and Housing Benefit /Council Tax benefit matters can be arranged at specific times during office hours.

Should you find visiting us difficult due to a disability we can arrange for a visiting officer to visit you at home. Please telephone our Customer Services Team who will be happy to arrange this.
