At Shepway District Council we are committed to providing easy access to high quality, cost efficient services. To make sure we do this, we have developed an overall plan setting out how we will improve the standard and accessibility of our services over the next three years. We have also adopted a Customer Service Charter and service standards, so that you know what you can expect from us and we can measure our performance. We are serious about getting things right for the customer and, while we can't change things overnight, we know we can make a real difference by listening to our customers, using our resources efficiently, having a realistic approach and carefully managing our planned changes.
