Any person wishing to make representations on planning related applications, which should relate to land use considerations, can submit comments on-line using the above link to planning applications, email firstname.lastname@example.org or write to the Head of Planning, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2QX. The Council is obliged to make any letters/emails of representation on planning related applications available to the public and your name and comments will be viewable online. Any anonymous comments cannot be taken into consideration.
IMPORTANT: The online information for planning applications submitted before July 2002 is limited and you may not be able to view related documents for these applications. However those documents continue to be available for inspection at the main Council office in Folkestone.
SESSIONS TIME OUT - Please be aware when submitting comments online that if you leave the page unfinished and inactive for over 15 minutes your session may 'time out' and you will not be able to retrieve your unfinished comments.
Please note - If an application is deemed to be invalid after the consultation letters have been sent we have to remove the application from our website until all the required information has been received. If you discover that you cannot view an application please call our decicated Planning Customer Services team and they will be able to advise you further - 01303 853538.
