Noise Insulation Qualification report

Rail Link Engineering (RLE) has been commissioned by Union Railway Property (URP) to identify properties in the district of Shepway that qualify for noise insulation under the Noise Insulation (Railways and other guided systems) Regulation 1996 (NIRR) ( www.legislation.hmso.gov.uk) and Noise Regulation 1975 (NIR), as a consequence of operational noise from CRTLSection 1 works. This study is now complete in accordance with clause 9 (3) of the NIRR.
