The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, which amended the Housing Act 1996, requires us to publish a summary of our policies and procedures in relation to anti-social behaviour as it relates to our duties as a social landlord.

This document is intended to give a clear statement of our approach to anti-social behaviour as a landlord, and the way that we intend to work with local residents and other organisations to deal with it.
