Rent Services

Services will be different for different tenants but can include:

• home insurance;
• lighting in shared areas;
• a garage;
• window cleaning;
• a TV licence;
• heating;
• cleaning in shared areas;
• sewerage charges;
• caretaker services; and
• Shepway Lifeline.

Some of these services may be optional. For example, you can choose to include home contents insurance as an extra weekly charge (there is a special scheme available for Shepway tenants, go here for details).
