Rent increase

We will give you 28 days' notice before we change your basic rent or service charges. We increase the rent every year at the beginning of April to cover management and repair costs and inflation.

If we carry out major improvement work to your home during the year, we add rent points to cover the new feature or features added to your home. You may have to pay more depending on the new number of rent points.
