Rent Information

You pay the basic rent for your home and any charges for other services you receive. These services are shown on the Tenant Information Card we send to you at the beginning of April each year.

Basic Rent

Your home has been given rent points based on its features, the more points your home has, the more the rent will be. Your rent may be based on:

• the size, age and type of property;
• whether you have central heating;
• parking or garaging;
• double-glazing;
• caring support (warden, lifeline and so on); and
• where your property is.
