Can my temporary accommodation be cancelled at any time?

Your placement may be jeopardised by the following:

• if you fail to keep appointments with us
• if you do not provide the documents we ask for
• if you, or a member of your family, do not take reasonable care of the accommodation we provide for you
• if you do not accept other offers of interim or temporary accommodation made to you.
• if you do not use the accommodation provided for you
• if you fail to pay your service charges
• if you do not tell us when you stay away from the interim or temporary accommodation
• if you or any member of your family, behave in a racist, sexist or aggressive way or cause a nuisance to the proprietor or other residents.
