Translating and interpreting services

We will always do our best to help customers who need assistance with translation or interpretation.

A number of Shepway District Council staff have language skills and can assist with interpreting and translation.

We also use an external company for translating, interpreting or providing documents in other formats.

Posters which can help us to identify the language of our customers are on display in the reception area at the Civic Centre and at all of our other reception points.
