Councillor Robert BlissLeader of the Council This Forward Plan contains details of all of the key decisions that are planned over the next four months. It will be updated and published on or near the 14th of every month. A Key Decision is one which is likely to: (a) result in Shepway District Council incurring expenditure which is, or making savings which are, significant, having regard to the Council's budget for the service or function to which the decision relates (b) be significant in terms of its effects on communities living or working in an area comprising two or more wards in Shepway. If you would like further information on any of the items shown in this current Forward Plan please contact the officer shown. To make your views known on any of the items you may contact the councillor shown, alternatively you may contact the officer shown and s/he will ensure that a written note of your views is presented to the decision-maker before a decision is taken. All meetings at which key decisions will be considered are open to the public, unless the subject matter is such that the Access to Information Act 1985 allows the matter to be considered in private.
