To assist the Council and the Executive in the development of the Council’s strategic community policies to secure high quality, effective and efficient joint action and partnership working for the benefit of the District of Shepway. To scrutinise the services which the Council provides jointly with other agencies and to scrutinise the performance of the Executive and Council in securing the objectives, policies and targets which are set out in the Council’s community strategy.
