The SEA provides free, confidential and impartial advice to new and developing small and medium sized businesses. Consultants and business people from a variety of backgrounds draw on their own experience and training to assist business start-ups or expansion. Assistance is available for the preparation of business plans and cash flow forecasts, for planning market research and to help with other practical matters in business planning. TheSEA can also give guidance concerning the availability of finance, including sources of venture capital, and the founding of trusts and foundations.
